With the recent recommendation of the CDC to limit large gatherings to 50 people for the next 8 weeks, we have postponed our Boise Event. Jurassic Quest is deeply saddened; however, the safety and well-being of our guests and crew is our top priority. Jurassic Quest is currently working with the venue to find a new date for this event. If you currently have tickets for Boise, your tickets will be valid for the new date, which we will announce here as soon as we have confirmed with the venue. If you cannot attend the new dates, once announced, you may request a refund. DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS OR CAN WE BUY ONSITE?
At this time, timed tickets must be purchased online

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS?
Yes, we will be accepting cash payments for Drive-Thru merchandise.

DO YOU DRIVE-THRU IN YOUR OWN CAR? CAN WE RENT A SHUTTLE OR GOLF -CART?
Guests must travel through in the comfort of their own vehicle. No rentals will be provided.

HOW LONG DOES THE DRIVE-THRU TAKE?
The experience will last between 30 min to 1 hour.

SINCE I AM IN MY VEHICLE, WILL I BE ALLOWED TO SMOKE?
Smoking of any kind is not allowed while touring the exhibit.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring along your furry friends to meet their dinosaur buds. Pets and people must remain in their vehicles unless they are in designated areas where stopping is allowed.

WILL I BE ABLE TO GET OFF TO GO TO THE RESTROOM?
Yes, however, due to traffic and social distancing guidelines, face masks are to be worn when you exit your vehicle to use the restrooms.

ONCE WE EXIT THE DRIVE-THRU, CAN WE COME BACK THE SAME DAY?
Guests may not return after exiting the drive-thru on the same day without paying admission again. Tickets expire once guests exit the drive-thru.

WE CAME WHEN THE WEATHER WASN’T IDEAL, CAN WE GET OUR MONEY BACK?
We do not offer any refunds due to inclement weather. If the weather limits visibility  and is to the point we cannot operate or provides a less than experience we will reschedule your tickets for a different date.
