We are very disappointed to announce that we have to cancel our upcoming show in the Phoenix.
Although we’ve been working hard with the venue, it will not be possible to return with our indoor show until 2021. Since we cannot have our event in 2020, we will be cancelling this year’s show and automatically distributing full refunds. Given that these refunds are outside of the 90 day window to be processed back to your credit card, we will be manually refunding every guest by mailing a check. This process may take 6-8 weeks given the high volume of refunds to be processed. If your mailing address is different from the address that you entered when purchasing tickets, please reach out to customer service at email@example.com with the subject line “Phoenix Refund."

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is canceled.
NOTE: Tickets are nonrefundable unless in the case of a cancelled event.
Ticket dates and time slots may not be changed once purchased. You must attend on the date and within the time slot that was purchased.
When purchasing tickets online, tickets are not guaranteed until the purchasing process is complete. Admission tickets must be purchased online. No on-site sale of admission tickets will occur. Merchandise will be available for purchase on-site, however sales can only be made with a credit or debit card. Cash will not be accepted.
