I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS. WHAT DO I DO?
You can log into www.maingatetickets.com using the email and password you created at checkout. That will take you directly to your tickets. You can screenshot the scan code from their or print it out if youprefer.You can also write down your order number and just bring that to the gate.
IS CASH ACCEPTED?
NO. Cash is not currently being accepted at our events, particularly in Washington DC. We encourage you to buy admission tickets and merchandise/toy bundles on-line ahead of time. Some bundles may be available on-site, but can only be purchased with a credit/debit card
What is the JQ Ticket Guarantee?
Purchase your tickets with confidence with the JQ Ticket Guarantee. The JQ Ticket Guarantee protects you if your Jurassic Quest event is cancelled for any reason by automatically refunding 100% of the full ticket purchase amount to the credit card on file from your original purchase. The guarantee exclusively applies to show cancellations and does not cover any other reasons why you may not be able to attend the event or requests to change the date or time of your visit.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE OR CAN WE BUY ONSITE?
At this time, Drive-Thru Admission Tickets MUST be purchased on-line here. (NOTE: The Add-On Bundles do NOT include a Drive-Thru Admission Ticket. They are Bundles you can buy along with a separate Drive-Thru Admission Ticket. Each Car MUST HAVE a Drive-Thru Admission Ticket to enter the event. The price for a Drive-Thru Ticket is PER VEHICLE and NOT per person).
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Tickets are not refundable unless in the case of a canceled event.
DO I NEED TO BE IN A VEHICLE?
YES! This is a drive thru event and no one outside of a vehicle will be permitted.
HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?
After you purchase your tickets, you will be taken to a THANK YOU page with a link for your tickets. Your tickets will also be emailed to the email address you entered at checkout. Once purchased, you may present your tickets to our crew via your phone or tablet. You DO NOT need to print them out.
CAN WE HAVE PEOPLE IN OUR TRUCK BED?
No, Everyone will need to be inside of the vehicle.
CAN WE PULL A TRAILER IN THE EVENT?
No. Trailers will not be allowed in the Drive-Thru
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR JURASSIC QUEST?
The only place to buy Jurassic Quest tickets is from this website.

‍Yes, we accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED?
No, Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING LARGE GROUPS OF PEOPLE IN A VAN OR BUS?
You must purchase a special large vehicle ticket for a vehicle that seats 9-15. The restrictions for large vehicles are as follows: The vehicle must be less than 25 feet in length and less than 10 feet in height.
DO YOU DRIVE-THRU IN YOUR OWN CAR? CAN WE RENT A SHUTTLE OR GOLF -CART?
Guests must travel through in the comfort of their own vehicle. No rentals will be provided.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY TICKET?
Sorry, No... Ticket dates and time slots may not be changed once purchased. You must attend on the date and within the time slot that was purchased.
HOW LONG DOES THE DRIVE-THRU TAKE?
‍The Jurassic Quest Drive-Thru experience lasts up to an hour.
SINCE I AM IN MY VEHICLE, WILL I BE ALLOWED TO SMOKE?
‍Smoking of any kind is not allowed while touring the exhibit.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
‍Yes, you are more than welcome to bring along your furry friends to meet their dinosaur buds. Pets and people must remain in their vehicles unless they are in designated areas where stopping is allowed.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY AUDIO TOUR
You will be texted a link before your time slot, which you will open on your cellular device upon arrival. The audio tour will play through your phone speaker and through your car speakers if your device connects in that way. The link is also available here at www.jurassicquest.com
WILL I BE ABLE TO GET OFF TO GO TO THE RESTROOM?
‍Yes, however, due to traffic and social distancing guidelines, face masks are to be worn when you exit your vehicle to use the restrooms.
‍ONCE WE EXIT THE DRIVE-THRU, CAN WE COME BACK THE SAME DAY?
‍Guests may not return after exiting the drive-thru on the same day without paying admission again. Tickets expire once guests exit the drive-thru.
WE CAME WHEN THE WEATHER WASN’T IDEAL, CAN WE GET OUR MONEY BACK?
We do not offer any refunds due to inclement weather. If the weather limits visibility and is to the point we cannot operate, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date.
