Jurassic Quest is designed for children aged 2-10, making it perfect for younger kids! Our dinosaur rides and dino inflatables have an age limit of 10 and under, with a maximum weight limit of 140 lbs. Please note that some attractions also have a minimum height requirement of 36".

Each Jurassic Quest event features a wide variety of dinosaurs spanning over 160 million years of prehistoric history. While the exact lineup may vary by city, every show includes an impressive collection of life-sized, incredibly detailed dinosaurs from many different species.

Our animatronic dinosaurs are created in collaboration with leading paleontologists to be as scientifically accurate as possible making the experience both thrilling and educational.

Jurassic Quest events are usually held indoors. In some cases, there may be activities or exhibits set up outside the venue or in multiple buildings for your family to enjoy.

Jurassic Quest indoor events are stroller and wagon friendly.

Face Painting and Green Screen Photography are premium activities that are only included with the Kids Dino-Mite Experience tickets. Premium activities are available for purchase at the Dino Store retail stand or any ticket booth.

Jurassic Quest offers two types of dinosaur rides: Stationary Dinosaur Rides – Large animatronic dinosaurs that stay in place while moving and roaring for a realistic experience. Walking Dinosaur Rides – Smaller dinosaurs that move forward at a slow, steady pace.

We also offer the T. Wrecks Raceway, where kids can drive battery-powered jeeps on a closed circular track.

Ride & Inflatable Requirements: Minimum height: 36" (required for the largest stationary rides and inflatables). Maximum weight: 140 lbs. Maximum age: 10 years old.

There are several rides and inflatables designed for smaller children, and our Tricera-TOTs soft play area is available for toddlers under 3 (socks required).

Socks are required for participation in the inflatables and our Tricera-tots soft play area. If necessary, socks can be purchased at the Dino Store.

We have a policy against wearing inflatable costumes. However, we do encourage both adults and children to participate in cosplay and wear traditional non-inflatable costumes. The reason for this policy is that inflatable costumes have the potential to damage exhibits and disrupt the experience of other guests.

If you realize you've lost something while still at the event, please visit the check-in area or speak with a team member right away so we can assist you.

If the event has already ended, please contact the host venue directly. All lost and found items are turned over to the venue at the conclusion of each event, and they manage retrieval after we depart.

We recommend reaching out to the venue as soon as possible with a description of the item and the date you attended.

Kids General Admission (Ages 2–10) – Includes: Entry to Jurassic Quest, Dinosaur exhibits & walk-through experiences, Craft stations, Fossil digs, Tricera-TOTs soft play area. Does not include rides or inflatable attractions. Rides and activities can be purchased separately on-site.

Kids Ultimate Admission (Ages 2–10) – Includes everything in General Admission, PLUS: Unlimited rides, slides & bounce houses, Jurassic Jeeps & dinosaur rides, T.Wrecks Derby Raceway, All hands-on activity areas. This ticket is required for children who want to participate in rides or inflatables. Premium add-ons (Face Paint, Green Screen, etc.) are not included.

Kids Dino-Mite Experience (Ages 2–10) – Our VIP experience! Includes everything in Ultimate Admission, PLUS: Fast Lane access at select rides, Exclusive Dino Meet & Greet, VIP Dino-Mite lanyard & credential, One Face Painting session, One Green Screen photo experience.

Adult General Admission (Ages 11+) – Includes: Entry to all exhibits, Craft stations, Fossil digs, Tricera-TOTs access, Walk-through experiences. Adults and youth 11+ do not have access to rides or inflatables due to age and weight restrictions.

Children under 2 receive free General Admission and are welcome to enjoy the dinosaur exhibits, live shows, Raptor Training, and the Tricera-TOTs soft play area.

If a child under 2 would like to participate in rides, inflatables, fossil digs, or other ticketed attractions, you may purchase a Kids Ultimate Admission or Kids Dino-Mite Experience, or buy individual Activity Tickets on-site. Activity Tickets are valid for one ride or activity.

No. Adults only need a General Admission ticket to enter and accompany their child throughout the event to supervise or assist them.

Children between the ages of 2 and 10 can upgrade their ticket to the Kids Ultimate Ticket or Kids Dino-Mite Experience at the event. Upgrades can be done at the Dino Store, located inside the event.

All ticket sales are final, and refunds are only permitted if Jurassic Quest cancels the event or if the customer has purchased Ticket Protector.

Ticket Protector provides reimbursement for all ticket costs if you are unable to attend the scheduled event for any reason, including COVID-related issues. No-questions-asked reimbursement is available until 11:59pm the Wednesday before the scheduled event. Ticket Protector must be purchased at the time tickets are purchased. It cannot be added after tickets have been purchased.

Quest Packs are a fantastic way to extend your quest! Buy in advance and you will receive surprise souvenirs, crafts, and activities inside of a drawstring backpack. Yes! Every Saturday, we host a special Sensory-Friendly Hour, opening one hour early for a calmer, more comfortable experience. This session is ideal for guests who benefit from a lower-stimulation environment, including individuals with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorders, seizure disorders, and/or medical conditions.

During this session, you can expect: Smaller crowds, Reduced sound levels, Brighter lighting, and Full access to exhibits, activities, and interactive experiences.

Jurassic Quest indoor events are wheelchair accessible, but we do not provide rentals. You will need to contact the venue directly to inquire about wheelchair or scooter rental availability.

Yes, Jurassic Quest does accept Access 2 cards at our Canadian events. You do not need to purchase a ticket for the support worker. All you need to do is provide your Access 2 card at check-in and one (1) support worker can enter with you for free. The exhibit tour, Tyrano-TOUR-us, includes subtitles throughout the show. If you plan to bring an interpreter, please contact customer.service@jurassicquest.com so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
